To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and reported within 7 days of receipt.

Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photographic evidence. Our team will review your request and provide further instructions on how to proceed with the return.
3. Refund Policy
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days via the original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
